Agreed. I’d love to see the cars push far beyond what you could previously do with a human driver. Not to mention the possibilities for contact and risk taking you could never have with lives at stake.

It wouldn’t be all that different from rooting for a sports team, it’s just that the people on the team would become the personalities. Right now in motorsport you support a driver, but in a team sport you back a whole team and the individuals on that team. Some individuals will stand out and draw fans to their team.

If they had multiple teams with multiple cars designed by those teams, then you’re rooting for the team. It will just take time to have multiple teams with different cars

Exactly! The top model in 68 was not anywhere close to the performance of the top model today so obviously the price has gone up.

Heck, even in creature comforts the current Camaro is no slouch. Leather and suede Recaro seats, Magnetic Ride Control, large touchscreen with CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless phone charging, heated steering wheel, heads up display, blind spot monitoring....not to mention the Camaro looks a lot better than a 540

“If you need that motor pony up the extra 20% to get the Z06"

The 88 IROC Z also didn’t have 650 horsepower and supercar embarrassing handling.

You and me both. Though mine is a ‘15. Between the digital display and magneride...I’m tempted.

Exige will hold value I’d think, the Z06 will eventually turn around, the S2000 is significantly overvalued as is. The rest? Eh....

These are very different. Front to back the Alfa’s nose is shorter, the hood is sleeker, the vent detail is much more aggressive, the roofline is flatter, the rear is more vertical, the taillights are very different, the C pillar shape is more agressive, the trunk is less flat...

I don’t think so? I’ll have to inspect mine later. The Ford logo is in the frit around the rear view mirror

You’re reading a lot about the Dodge Challenger right now, aren’t you?

Well sure, unless you’re a good-hearted Christian from one of the countries on the list. Then you’re okay. Totally not targeting Muslims at all

And except for non-Muslims from the countries targeted

Where’s the alternative facts in this article?

I’m sure there will be various systems to keep that from happening.

Isn’t the tub different between the 3 “series”? The 540/570 is one chassis, 670/675LT is a second, and P1 is a 3rd.

The car sharing thing is likely the key here. I have to wonder just how heavily GM is building the Bolt around that idea.
