I already have a Retron5, multiple actual Game Boy and DS variants, and an Analogue Pocket on the way and yet I want this.

I’m curious how wide the actual problem is. Of the 5 or so people I know that have one and myself we haven’t come across the issue yet. Sony should repair or replace one under the warranty period though. Honestly if there were a point of failure I’d suspect the trigger motors would be the issue. To my understanding…
500 miles. That’s more then enough to go where most gas vehicles could in a fill up while compensating for the losses due to weather changes and aggressive driving. If it could charge at least half in 20 minutes that would be acceptable I think.
Mostly to try and get the largest range possible as that was always the strategy. Efficiency. Honestly if they could have put an EV in the shape of the Blazer with around 250 miles range they’d have done a lot better.
Hmm... That on a ZL1 would be pretty nice.
I think the saddest thing is that GM had a great idea in the Volt’s powertrain but never bothered to do the smart thing and dump it into a mid size SUV. The 2nd gen Volt is a great car but it’s still a compact and I get they were going for max efficiency numbers but the segment alone was a blocker for many people.
I can’t possibly imagine they actually think someone would pay anywhere near that much for it. Maybe they hope CDPR would cave to demands? It’s not like their games are doing anything groundbreakingly impressive that someone would benefit from it. Maybe if they stole it in November and a version of the game could have…
I used to love setting those off at Spencers Gifts in the mall back in the day. right next to the Rockin’ Chicken alarm clock.
I wonder more if it’s the difference of the internet being a thing and the loudest voices being heard are the ones with the problem. How wide spread the issue actually is may be to soon to tell. New hardware is always a gamble as they often refine things over time a bit.
There’s barely any room for muscle cars anymore and you want them to add more? Plymouth is dead. Leave it there. The reality is they are in trouble across the board. They make waves with 700hp cars that aren’t made with the best materials but go like crazy but soon they’ll need to get on the electric band wagon and…
Pretend to care about it as a brand and make product for it in the “luxury” space it pretends to play in.
This is a cruiser not a race bike.
It would be the case of “I did something stupid that will cost a lot to fix so I need to blame someone else and see if they’ll pay for it.”
I hate these big mergers and buyouts. It never really seems to do much good unless you are a stock holder or C level executive.
I’m looking forward to this. I really enjoyed the first two games and am excited to see what the expanded capabilities of the Switch can do for the series.
I will buy this.
Feels like a miss. The interior is dated looking and it’s not even on sale yet. At least it’s better then the older model.
Changing the battery isn’t that hard but it’s also not simple like on a DS where it’s one screw on a door. It’s involved enough where I think most people wouldn’t undertake it.
I’ve test driven the Model S performance version. It’s definitely quick but it just didn’t do anything for me. I accept that at some point those kinds of cars will be what we’re left to choose from but it’s just not the same experience.
I don’t know. I don’t see it as that big an issue. Yeah Scalpers are horrible and will impact to a small degree what gets into peoples hands but as inventory now trickles into actual brick and mortar stores people will find them. Also The payday for scalpers is kinda past after Christmas. I’m always checking on places…
