As they move toward electrics, transmissions and definitely manuals are a thing of the past. This is the best we are gonna see of this kind from Cadillac. GM might have one last V8 engine in the Corvette to unveil and that’s probably the end of non electric performance R&D.

I’m sure they’ll drive great and sound lovely but I’m left feeling meh. As what will be the last hurrah for the gas engine Caddy’s the seem to be pretty much a carry over in a wrapper that’s just not as exciting as the prior one. This was the last shot. Everything from here on will be electric and that makes me sad. I

Honestly it’ll be small companies like Factory Five. At least until engines themselves are out right banned.

Will they come in a size 14 though...

I mean Google has a long list of creating things and then getting bored with them. This one was DOA and I think most here expected it to eventually flop. This is just the beginning of a slow death.

Perhaps. That is also assuming you wait till all of this stuff needs to be done at once. Each job on it’s own is only a few hours at most and even then you could choose to do the simpler and straight forward ones and leave the more troublesome stuff for the shops. One can save quite a bit doing it on their own.

Seriously. Sell them with the right to use the licenses for pachinko and set them free.

I’d like to agree with you but tell that to all the F-150 drivers in eco boost TTV6's. People will change as tech improves. The gas engine is all but dead. I’m beginning to accept that. That said If people can get Mustang performance in an SUV package it makes the coupe an even harder sell then it is now.

I don’t know. I’ve had a Nighthawk AC1900 for a few years now and go through on average 3TB of data a month from a myriad of wired and wireless devices and it’s been great. Maybe you’ve just had bad luck with the one you got. Have you looked to see if that’s a common issue on that model?

The button itself doesn’t bother me. The functionality that completely reverses what they’ve trained us to know over a decade is what confounds me.

I’m pretty good at Tetris but seeing the pros play I might as well be playing with my feet. They are in another world. To become a champion is truly exceptional. Sad to see someone so young pass away.

I hate that they need batteries. My Series X is a nice machine but the controller feels cheaper in comparison to my PS5's which feels really nice. I’ve always hated that xboxen require batteries. Even on my 360 I bought those charge and play packs and those things were so cheap they died after a few months. I can get

Actually since most people want power windows and locks, the manual options cost more to offer. The car is made less expensive by only offering the most popular option and that’s why manual options for windows etc. are not available anymore. They are just too costly.

Glad everything came out ok in the end.

It kinda reminds me of the lower half of the original Nintendo DS.

When you order a car you can usually request they leave things alone. I know a lot of people that have done that with more “special” cars. Most likely you wouldn’t bother on a boring base Civic.

The PS5 controller definitely feels premium. I’m a bit disappointed in the Series X controller. It’s not bad it just feels a bit cheaper. I hope they do a new elite. The features of the elite are what really helped sell it.

I’m more the opposite. Having to swap batteries on xbox controllers has always annoyed me. I’ve only had 1 controller for the PS4 have a battery die and that was the one that came with it. A full charge is good for a long 9+ hour session. Then I just plug it in and it’s ready for next time. It wasn’t that hard to open

It’s more like Twitch is the cable company that’s always in a dispute with your favorite TV channels like when they renegotiate contracts with Fox or NBC. “IF YOU WANT TO KEEP WATCHING CALL YOUR CABLE COMPANY AND LET THEM KNOW AS WE MAY LEAVE FOREVER AND YOUR LIFE WILL BE HORRIBLE.”

There certainly isn’t a need to jump on the new consoles. Same as a new PC processor or graphics card, you can wait till it’s a meaningful upgrade or till the game you want to play requires it.
