I mean really, they could have just used the tried and true Monster Hunter formula for weapons - hunting increasingly (gated) difficult and powerful monsters that drop parts for you to upgrade and weapon sharpness. exactly, and have durable weapons out-damage the upgradeable permanent weapons until right near or even into endgame. That’s a great way to go about it imo. Plus you get new quests for upgrading weapons (you could heroic relics of each weapon type). That would be FANTASTIC.

Tend to agree. I’d much prefer a proficiency system that enhanced durability/damage/elements etc. It’s cute and encourages variety, but you should be able to opt out of it in late/end game. Recharge/repair/cooldown would be fine too. It’s not a game breaker for me, but I didn’t enjoy it and thought it could be done…

For me, it’s some combination of time spent exercising, physical fitness, and pushing it. Once I was able to up my effort (longer faster runs, HIIT, etc.), I started to get some pretty solid exercise highs.
