It really feels like a (poor man’s) answer to a question no one was asking. Apple TV and FireStick were already adequate, my smart TV UI is fucking terrible and directly makes “normal” TV function objectively worse.

Yea, agreed. I haven’t battled a G-max, but for sure base raids can fail a capture.

I guess the next study would have to create some metric of “effectiveness” or “economic generation” to correlate to VMT. Like how much production do you get per mile/hour traveled vs. the two. The increase doesn’t shock me and I think could be regulated or designed (carpooling/ridesharing) to be more efficient, but

So 50+% of people who were buying unprofitable models for GM and Ford moved up to profitable markets? What exactly is this “costing” GM and Ford?

LW1: Nothing ventured, nothing gained. I mean it sounds like a good friendship, a lot to risk assuredly, but I feel like you could broach the topic without detonating the friendship. Could end in flames too (through rejection/awkwardness or breakup after initial interest), which is not ideal when cohabitating but

Haha. Ok, champ. I’m shocked that you weren’t wearing a Guy Fawkes mask when you typed this snobbish drivel. Is there a newsletter of yours I can subscribe to that tells me what I’m allowed to like and enjoy?

No, because I’m an adult and $60 for what is being warmly received - explicitly recalling experiences similar to Red/Blue -and reported as a minimum 40 hour game (not including meta) seems like a solid deal.

You better buy it, unless you want that ass-kicking we’ve been talking about!

The point of laundering is to get NONE of it back, to take dirty money and clean it. The link would be to where the money burn is occurring (salaries/subcontractors/sales/marketing/etc.).

Let’s get down to brass tacks: should she still tip 18% in this scenario?

That’s what I’m trying to drill down to. Did they lie or did they say animations? Because polygon counts on models (datamine stuff) and battle animations are two separate things entirely. I got shit on when I mentioned that in another board. People attacked the animations as being poor. That may be valid, but doesn’t

34M here too. I am more excited than ever. I will miss some of my faves, but I trust the designers to make an engaging and fun game. I don’t personally give one flying shit about graphics.

I thought they alluded to “animations” not necessarily pixel count? Either way, number of Pokemon != content. Have they announced the meta details? That’s where 95% of my “content” resides in Pokemon games.

I’ve tempered my expectations based on a lot of leaks I admittedly don’t understand fully (triangle counts in the datamine), but this review has me really excited for the game. I’ll miss my old Pokemon, but this game looks like a hoot and it will be my kids’ first Pokemon game (until they pick up my old 3DS).

Average means median in this discussion, that’s a disingenuous argument and still sticking to exceptions to the rule. These are net positive legal proposals like seatbelts. There are accidents where seatbelts cause more harm than help, but on average wearing a seatbelt is far more likely to keep you alive with less

I think you’re clinging to exceptions to the rule. Laws and regulations like the fire alarm described above are vague enough to apply to many/all structures while providing maximum safety. *You* may know that your smoke alarms are close, but the regulation is one size fits all - and if you followed it, you’d be no

How does that apply to this discussion?

I’m intrigued. What exactly did you tell your son?
