You really think so? I’m not saying you’re wrong but I guess I just don’t see it. It’s sad and I hope I’m wrong - but unless you’re one of a handful on NFL players, you’re not safe. And with an average career span of three-ish years - who’s going to speak out and risk those three years turning into two or one?

Are you saying that players could speak their mind and have no problem finding work in the offseason? Like it or not, a lot of NFL players are easily replaceable too.

I bought an Ed Hardy shirt about six years ago. I was also drunk with about six of my other friends in NYC. I think I wore that shirt out that night and never again. I honestly don’t know what happened to it - hopefully it found it was way into a trash shredder or something.

I did the same trek in Peru as OP. Magically, I was able to unleash an awful shit at the last remaining bathroom with running water before the trek really began - and then was able to avoid shitting until after leaving Machu Picchu that day. It was glorious. I don’t know how I was able to do it - and I never felt

what are you even talking about?

I’m always reminded of this fantastic ESPN promo commercial whenever Big Time Timmy Jim resurfaces.

you’re a troll right? please admit it soon so i can stop worrying about people like you actually existing in this world. ugh.

i like this - a lot. as someone who is having the ongoing talk with my wife about starting a family soon, i will keep this in my back pocket (actually, the google doc i just started with parenting advice). thank you!

Are you sure you didn’t grow up on my street? Man, depending on the season, we were either playing basketball in someone’s driveway, street football, street hockey or whiffle ball. Like every freaking day! Especially in the summer. It’s amazing to look back and realize how much time we spent outside. We used to put

i’ll admit - i went to his twitter to see if this was real. i thought the baby jesus part was a bit much - but, i mean, it wouldn’t have surprised me.

Your take matches your Kinja name perfectly!

haha to each their own. i definitely understand & respect your decision. but i think i want a kid or two (two max hopefully!). i have seven nieces / nephews and it has been pretty cool watching them grow up. it’s not the same - i know. but i get a glimpse of it (even the bad shit) and i am still wanting to - kind of.

That was seriously a beautiful read. At the end of the day, I do want kids but man - it’s a complete life changer. But we’re approaching that point when we are ready for it.

Remind me why I’m (well, my wife and I) seriously considering having kids next year (or at least starting to try)...

Probably some sort of sarcasm in there. I mean, I think they’re awful people too but I really don’t think he (or she) would be ok with bombing them. If so, then that’s wrong. But I’m not taking it that seriously.

GLORY BOY!

Can anyone tell me if there’s a site for the EPL like dtmts.com for the NHL? I don’t always have time to watch all sports games but at least with hockey, I can go to that site for a 7-8 min highlight video without knowing the final score. If soccer had something similar, it’d be awesome.

I did something similar over the summer. My wife and I traveled Europe and then went back to NY for a wedding (before heading home to the midwest). Instead of carrying my suit/dress shoes around Europe for 11 days (and also wrinkling it), I called a dry cleaner near my hotel in NY and asked if I could ship it to them,

I have done this and you’re 100% right. If they don’t announce it, then I deal with my bag. If they do, then I gladly check it with them. Best of both worlds is exactly right.

I feel like this is the right answer. I didn’t watch the game but why wouldn’t you try to get closer to the 25 yard line. From a quick search and hopefully accurate information, I show he’s 11/15 on the year for FGs. Of the four misses, three were from 50+ (he’s 0-3 from 50+) this season. He’s 11-12 under 50 including
