@TheRescue: Or like decent people with good public transport etiquette. Not like annoying people playing music on trains on loudspeaker. Seriously, nobody wants to hear that.

@d4rk-h4x0rer: As far as I know, the fatalities are tied to the classic costumes (as in, even if you have them, you can't use them unless you're wearing that outfit).

@-MasterDex-: I agree completely. It's maybe worth keeping close tabs on the game for a while and maybe going for it then, instead of going in early and getting burned (like many APB victims)

@PathRifter: Maybe it was just really cold? Can't say I've used those exactly, but I've done 4 layers before.

@Manly McBeeferton: I have a feeling that Undead Nightmare will pop up in the Red Dead nomination, so it's fair game to call on DLC.

@ARYXANDRE: We already had his game developer alter ego Tim Schafer present it. Things weren't much better.

Basically there was the awards, and the "here's what will clean up at next year's awards!".

@LennyGc: Considering how they've got their timed-exclusive DLC deal with Microsoft, it certainly would seem that way as they'd be favouring their prime financiers, although I can't recall seeing any such allegations at all.

When it comes to sports games getting a nod, I applaud you guys for finally taking them seriously enough for them to contend with more conventional games.

@jaxsun: Downloadable games are games too you know. Pretty sure a lot more people than we might think will have penned Pac-Man Championship Edition DX as theirs.

@LennyGc: Seems I do know, if you read my comment I actually mentioned that it has its problems.

@Aex: I've not played it, but that'd probably be a good choice to put forward if we're allowed a wildcard entry.

@tenken: Game Of The Year — GOTY — (pronounced) Goatee.

I don't have a problem with Black Ops getting the nod, but when you mention a specific console version of the game for it, and not the others, questions have to be raised.

Wow, never seen or played the game he claims to have been a part of? And it took him 7 years to remember these meetings?

@ChizelMonkee: Oh I knew that it wasn't going to be done until a few weeks post-launch (probably to use the time to judge what kind of server capacities they'd need to pull it off, which, by the day 1 hiccups, they got way off the mark).

Isn't this old news? I remember reading about this GT Anywhere mode back in September during the TGS liveblog. And it's only now getting coverage because he tweeted it?

Surely Kaz, of all people, should have expected more than half a million people to be playing GT5 on launch day?

I thought this was going to be some sorta Walking Tall reference. Hopefully I'm not the only one that thought that.
