Wait - I thought Fenway Sports Group owned Liverpool?

Making a good play in sports is a transcendent feeling - your mind just sort of turns off. I say this having done it on the very lowest levels of athletic contests. No wonder he was crying on the sidelines - must be somewhat overwhelming to do it in this situation.

Good advice for snow, but ice is a different story. There are times when certain routes are not advisable in icy conditions. 'Orange Pride', it turns out, was John Boehner's second choice for an autobiography title.

Well, I would agree but there is that recent story about RVP pouting because his misses playing for Sir Alex. It's from anonymous sources of course, but it is not entirely impossible to believe...

And, to compound point 3, Spurs were forced to sell their one player who had global popularity and replaced him with...well no one who will come close to generating that sort of excitement.
