I mean the 90s are basically "Grunge" during the early part and "post-grunge" during the latter part. You can, technically, catch some 90's thing before Grunge- usually some lame dance song like C +C Music Factory or Markie Mark shit.

I hope it was clear that I meant to imply that tribal membership is more about participating in the culture than claiming ancestry or skin color. For example, I believe I could technically be a member of the tribe, but I literally don't see how that would be fair since I have no desire or inclination to participate…
