You are assuming people are mad about it. His supporters WANT this.

Yes, I'm a registered Republican as well. Religious persecution is unAmerican.

No. They aren't. You are describing a rationale which hasn't been demonstrated. Trump is giving the people who voted for him exactly what they wanted. Bernie's populism was free college. Trump's is 'ban brown people'. His is winning.

Racism includes culture. Religion includes culture. This is the problem with you leftists. You want to be so righteous all the time you're going to be mumbling, "Well, technically they aren't racists" while the government hauls my family to a detention center.

Of course Islam isn't a "race" but that doesn't mean that people who are anti-Islam aren't being racist. Indeed, many of the people who express anti-Islamic views DO have the idea that Muslims can 'look' a certain way.

I believe the MO is to claim they aren't racist because Islam isn't a race. Then they follow it up with that it isn't a religion.

Hey, I know that everyone just comes here to be snarky and vent. I'm totally cool with that and do it as well. That said, I really think people need to take some of these headlines seriously. His new travel ban addresses even Green Card holders. For the first time in my life, I feel like I need to live in a blue state

Trying being a member of a group which he actually does seem to want to kill…..

Well, he also doesn't have a history of scandals, has a history of working with blue collar people, and progressive policies…but, yeah, I guess if your game is being anti-moderates maybe you don't like him….. Frankly, that sounds like some extreme drivel though.

History is apparently getting shorter….check it out. The best part is them slowly discovering her, um, 'limitations'.

Have you seen that HBO movie about her during the campaign. The name escapes me. It was fairly shocking. Well, at the time. Two years ago or whatever. lol.

TPP was dead long before Trump. It was too weird of an issue anyway. Obama was for it and so should Republicans but they hated Obama and dems were sort of for it until they weren't, etc. Unfortunately, too convoluted to pass

Well, you can be conservative here if that's what you're getting at. I generally do okay. Most people don't care as long as you're nice although rarely will anyone defend you even when someone is doing a ridiculous troll job on you.

Well, it's not their fault that a professional entertainer has been elected president.

Yes. This is exactly the problem.

The Republican problem and, frankly, unamerican tactic of just not doing anything for the last eight years is horrible to me…and I am one.
I really can't get behind being so blindly partisan that you can't stand up to the orange monster even when he's going so clearly against your positions. Like, executive actions

I'm not sure Bernie would have won…..but I'm 100% positive Biden would have.

John McCain is barely hinged anymore anyway. I'm hoping he loses his shit at some point. He's got nothing to lose anymore. Remember how he seemed pretty damaged by losing to Obama….well, you can't deny Obama was a decent man. It must REALLY kill him to see Trump running the show.

Yeah, but I read they are legalizing weed…..might speed up the peace process. lol

True that….although a lot/mostly Muslim companies benefited from the oil in the aftermath….that's besides the ISIS stuff. I'm talking Petronas and some Saudi companies. I'm pretty sure the US didn't see much of that oil as far as companies go…good move, bad PR.
