Problem is they’ll eventually pull out of the US market altogether. We’ll stop seeing old dentists riding their extra LOUD exhaust bikes through the neighborhoods.

I’m about as liberal as they come on most issues but very pro Second Amendment (particularly now). I just want a federal license for purchase and public possession that includes training, background check and can be revoked by a mental health professional if there is a harm risk.
Although this gun culture arose out of Nixon’s “War on Blacks” I’ve decided it’s come to the current levels of absurdity because we now have two generations of people who didn’t serve in the military. Like, my gun nut relatives are all reasonable gun nuts (ie no more guns than needed for the number of hands you have;…
Yep, all kinds of law enforcement agencies are in the Va Beach muni center. Lots of good guys with guns........Look at all the good it did in preventing this.
Because this shit doesn't happen in any other industrialized country, and it's squarely because of our gun nuts.
I’m anxiously waiting for the “pro-life” crowd to call for immediate action to limit access to these life-destroying machines. Surely that would be logically consistent of them, right? Right?!
I mean, this ad series pretty much has to be brought up whenever BMW introduces something front wheel drive, doesn't it?
In the hyper-capitalistic system that she craves, more “individual freedom” means you can do anything you want if you can pay for it. I do not think this type of freedom is going to break down the walls between wealthy and poor school children. Which is the point, of course.
You can’t get a hole in your fragile 1911 radiator if it isn’t in the front of the car.
Engine starts with ‘E’ and radiator starts with ‘R’, therefor the radiator goes after the engine.
Thank you. Traction alopecia is real and JoJo needs to understand that before it's too late. She can still wear a sparkly bow without her hair being so snatched.
I... I was. The Elantra Sport could be had with a 6 speed with an LSD and was supposed to be wonderful. Incredible. At a minimum, very nice. Sigh.
It feels like as much a supply side problem as a demand side problem. When I went to buy a new Tacoma in 2016, I had to go to 7 dealerships before I found a 6MT. The ONLY one I found was CPO with 2800 miles on it.
There is no ‘take’ rate for the Corolla. The factory decides how many they’re going to build, and that’s how many they sell. They sell exactly that many, no more, no less.
Yea, it’s pedestrian impact. The coming 2021 Euro regs are going to require 90mm of impact clearance to anything “hard” underneath the hood, and the definition of what is hard is expanding. Basically you’ll have to have 90mm between the hood and anything other than rubber hoses. Now, 90mm doesn’t sound like much, but…
Its not like people ever buy a manual because it simply saves them $1500 on the purchase price. No such thing has EVER happened. /s
My Quaker ( Monk ) parrot loves chicken and fish. They are omnivores like us. He hates veggies though. Also will throw a temper tantrum if he does not get taste anything you are eating.
Agreed, I work on engine design/development and the ped-pro requirements in europe are getting nuts. It’s actually starting to affect power because we simply can’t design good inlet tracts anymore without making the hood incredibly high.

That front end is a victim of European pedestrian impact safety standards.
