I had all my tools on the back of the ute yesterday whilst working on said back of ute...and I still lost two of them.
I do stuff like that all the time, also sometimes forget why I walked into a room or call co-workers I’ve know for years by the wrong name. But, if you want a detailed description of a hotel room I stayed in 30 years ago, or a recap of a great breakfast I had in 1999, I’ve got that down.
It would be pretty silly to keep looking for it after you found it, afterall
ha - I lost two bushings when I was swapping the door opening direction (from hinge on the right to hinge on the left,) on our new fridge a few years ago. I have no idea where they went... never found them.
Instead of using it to bring us all together to care for and protect each other, it’s been used to further divide us...
My sister is on her fourth straight twelve hour shift. Her hospital is pretty overwhelmed now. No ICU beds. Five floors just for covid. This is at the top hospital in our city. Mmm, Ramen! Take the cheap stuff and break it up into a bowl. Add chopped spring onion, 1/3 of the flavor packet, Mrs Dash, and a teaspoon of so of Sesame oil. It’s been a possibility long before rona. Imo it’s fine and good to use it when there isn’t access to hand washing or hand washing won’t do the trick. When it gets used in lieu of hand washing when hand washing is available is when trouble starts (I think)
