I’m honestly sad to hear he’s stepped down.

I second this. I’ve physically met people from Oppo in 11 different countries on 2 continents, flew that Torchbug over the ocean and have probably met roughly 30 current and former Oppo authors in person. In those 11 different countries, in 10 of them due to Oppo meets. I was on Oppo since before it was named Oppo…
I blame Ballaban for... Ballabanning me to the greys.
Above the lol needs to be a large sized glossy page coffee table book
Oh boy. I’m posted a LOT of stuff to Oppo over the last 10 years or so. Once Kinja came in and offered us all blogs, I hotlinked a LOT of images to stuff I posted in here.
It’s pronounced “Hardibird”
Have you ever seen Roy Wort and Ted Mosby in the same room?

Thanks for all the support from the FP guys and gals over the years. Without Jalopnik, it’s pretty obvious there’d be no Oppositelock. And we know you guys did what you could to keep us around as long as possible. It’s a bummer, yeah, but the community will live on in one form or another.

Two gears, pretty light, almost as wide as it is long...and a V8. I'd say there's a whole lot of experience and information left out in the text above. Spinning out in the rain might just be a feature.
That’s why I got mine. My black ass could end up unemployed or dead whenever, so why not enjoy it?
That’s not the vibe that I got from the end of the article at all. It was meant to reassure those who can’t necessarily afford one for various reasons that they don’t need to make further sacrifices to get one. It’s a wonderful product, sure, but as he said, it’s not going anywhere. If you are in a good enough…
Deal with it
Incredibly poignant:
On mobile it actually reads like a normal article (just keep scrolling down to read). With the added bonus of fewer ads than a normal article!
Just when I was considering giving up on the FP, they go and hire you. Congrats kid! You finally found a way to make your insanity pay :)
