This just makes me think of all the cab drivers Uber & Lyft screwed over and ran out of business (not saying the cab industry are saints, bc they aren’t).

Any company that makes me think Taxi’s were at least fair, deserves to die in a fire.

I like the Orville too, but it’s not a better Trek show. The Orville has some pretty cringe-worthy moments at times.

So I just watched the season finale and promptly cancelled CBS All Access. Not that I hate Discovery, I damn well loved it. I just love that I don’t have to keep a service around that isn’t showing a damn thing I’m interested in. I can’t wait for Season 3 and the Picard series. I’ll resubscribe when those come around.

The lifespans issues you hear about are from enterprises that access the drives 24/7 or people who have early generation SSDs. A modern SSD in a consumer rig will take several decades before problems start to crop up. Even in enterprise solutions, modern SSDs can last a decade. The tech has come a looong way.

I love, Love, LOVE Farscape. It is one of my favorite shows ever to grace my television screens.

To be fair, the modern F-150 is also pretty light for a truck that size. Something like 700lbs lighter than older ones.  A 2008 crew cab is closer to the Telsa’s weight.
