last good Corolla was the e110-serries (‘95-2000) even though they never got the 2zz, the 1zz-fe was pretty OK, the chassis was communicative (if not highly capable) and the build and materials quality was impeccable, even on the poverty-spec plastic-filled base models.

My guess is revised VVT and design leads to more power under the curve in the new engine, peak power may remain essentially unchanged, but remember, the current engine is fairly peaky, with little power to speak of below 2500 RPM.

Bioshock Infinite? remember that suck-hole? I managed 2 hours before calling it quits. I’m over 30 hours invested in NMS and still only on my second system.
I managed to play Bioshock Infinite for about 2 hours before I got bored and gave up. I had forgotten how disappointing it was ‘till you mentioned it now .
/paid full price for this game.
