They are fantastic.

He used the wrong terminology. “Thickness Variation” is what he means.

Just like steam cars in the late 20's, there will be a certain portion of the population that would rather cling to their old technology simply out of tradition. I do believe that EVs are the future, but I think that future is still 10 years off. Mazda is smart to stay out of the hybrid game due to the amount of

Mazda has always been into goofy configurations, think back 25 years and you end up on the Miller cycle V6.

Was at the grocery store yesterday, picking up some oven cleaner, guy in line in front of me has a MAGA hat on, guy in front of him turns and says “I really like your hat man!” (not sarcastically in any way). Is this coded language for “I’m a fucking Nazi too!”? Cause that is definitely the way it seemed, especially

Toledo was a hellhole when I left too...

I’d say they nailed the aesthetic, but its gotta lose the numbers on the side. Either hand paint then with a brush and One Shot leaded paint, or take them off altogether.

Have been loaded and ready since election night. I live in a rural area, completely surrounded by cousin fuckers and Amish, in a small, very red town. I have been pretty vocal about my political leanings (probably dumb on my part), and you can always see their faces turn when they find out a young white guy, that

But... They are RWD.

I wish it were black and had the factory wheels, but NP nonetheless.

Yeah, I was swapping a refill into a blade for my ‘53 Ford, dem bastards are sharp...

I haven’t done a refill in years, last time i did, I ended up in the hospital with my finger in shreds. It did not go well.

There are winter specific metal framed wiper blades available just about everywhere. They have a rubber condom over them to prevent ice build up.

I had “lifetime warranty” starters and alternators in my hot rod for years. The starter is a massive pain in the ass to replace due to the engine swap and exhaust configuration, so after the fifth one in 4 years, it got a quality starter. The alternator is still a lifetime unit, second one this year, seventh overall.

Specifically Bosch platinum multi prong plugs make plenty of cars run like crap. The parts store across from my shop used to upsell every shmuk that walked in, then they would install them, come in to my shop with a dead miss, then complain when I tell them it needs plugs. “I just put plugs in myself! I even bought

Believe it or not, wiper blades can be cheap and function properly. Of course you can spend 50$ for Bosch Icons, or you can spend 7$ on Clear Plus blades, and they will function just the same.

Aside from economy (a 4 cylinder long bed 5 speed S10 did 22/28, which was fantastic for that old ass engine) and emissions, I don’t see why this niche isn’t filled. I guess we are in the minority nowadays :(

Tiny tank is no joke, I got 87 miles before I had to flip on the reserve...

As I have said here before, 2 weeks ago, I bought a sportster. Rode it about 130 miles, and the head gasket on the front cylinder blew (not uncommon for the year). This weekend I had the joy of rebuilding it with proper MLS gaskets. That bike is held together with zip ties and bad engineering decisions. I have worked

I had an X1 lightning. Loved that bike.
