When I found out that Scott Buck, the guy behind the worst seasons of Dexter (including Dexter Lumberjack), was hired to run Iron Fist, I asked, "How did he ever get another show runner job after what he did on Dexter?"

If these stories don't stop, I'm going to have to start considering the possibility that R. Kelly has issues with women.

You're probably right but it's not like the name Cloverfield is akin to Star Wars or Indiana Jones. It has nothing resembling the blockbuster pedigree of those franchises and if anything, I think people might get tired of being told it's a "Cloverfield" movie when they know going in that it won't have anything to do

Apparently not weird enough to convince the entire court, comprised of justices from all over the political and judicial philosophy spectrum, that it isn't expression or shouldn't be protected.

That anyone might have bought the megaladon show as real is disturbing. The acting couldn't have been more, "actory", for lack of a better term, it didn't feel like we were seeing and hearing anything resembling real people. It was laughable.

At its most basic level, it's one of the funniest sight-gags I've ever seen. I was breathless I was laughing so hard.

Does this show not have one of the most gorgeous opening credit sequences ever? Holy crap, it's amazing.

Is Doc here? Doc is here? Doc isn't here.

Reminds me of Full Metal Jacket: "Your rifle is only a tool. It is a hard heart that kills."

Yeesh.

The Fox affiliate in Cleveland is the least sensationalist of all the locals. Hell, they look like the BBC compared to ACTION NEWS 19!!!!!!!

They should have found a way to shoehorn his Denzel into every sketch.

When the story about his conflict with Harrison Ford came out, my thought was, "If this story is true, both of them are assholes."

Ten bucks is ten bucks.

I always like to point out the sound design in that scene too. It was genius to have the images coming from two sources, but the sound only from one. And Heather Donahue's screams, holy shit.

I think I've told this story on this very forum before but it points to how wise a decision it was to go back and put that interview in. I saw BWP before my then girlfriend/now wife did. When it came out on video we watched it together. I couldn't tell if the movie was affecting her much until the end. Roll credits

…and even earlier he directed an episode of Night Gallery starring Joan Crawford.

It's the bubble pop sounds that make it.

What auto manufacturer wouldn't be thrilled to see their car associated with mullets?
