C+? Way too harsh. For me this was one of the best episodes of the series so far. Just good dumb fun as Rip's team show off their superpowers through history and the Captain rolls his eyes into the back of his head, while Sarah Lance leaves a trail of happy women in her wake throughout the timeline.

That 2nd fight scene was great in its use of 'snapshots' thanks to the light of the EMP.
