These rules all come down to basically the same thing - Don’t be an asshole to other people.  That’s a basic rule of life that should be followed all the time. 

I’m 6'3" and been driving a 2016 Tacoma since it was new. The seating position has never once bothered me. 

It’s mostly eating, then sitting by the pool waiting to get hungry again. The food is generally much better than Golden Corral.

In the US, those will be installed an inch higher than the surrounding pavement or an inch lower. We don’t expect trucks to roll over manhole covers so much as to slam into them with considerable force.
