Haha that's all I've been doing
Haha that's all I've been doing
(spoilers)
I have honestly wondered if part of the strategy (possibly an inadvertent strategy) hasn't been to desensitize voters, being so crazy so consistently that it starts to seem normal. I feel like in any other election, any one of a hundred different things Trump has done or said would be an instant disqualification.…
Would you please explain the significance of these (possible) facts?
Next on the Factor: Hitler's good ideas that liberals never seem to mention.
I understand why people feel this way, but I feel like this is the one place on the internet where people's anti-Trump remarks are consistently really funny. I've enjoyed having that in my life and wouldn't want to lose it. It's easy enough for people to avoid the political articles if they don't like them.
For. What.
Jesus Christ, y'all are still doing "low energy?" Some half-assed irrelevant insult that Trump pulled out of his ass to deflect attention from his own obvious lack of policy knowledge, this is your mantra now?
God, how does anyone fall for that bullshit? How can you hear him say that and register any meaning other than "I haven't thought about it and I'm damn sure not going to think about it right now?" The time to have "looked into" all this shit was back when you started your campaign, you nut.
People self-describe that way too, though. If you are not from Georgia and you meet someone who tells you they're from Atlanta, I'd say there's at most a 15% chance that they actually live in Atlanta.
Yeah, we all know Trump supporters prize a rigorous adherence to fact above all else.
Yeah, it's horrible. I don't even really understand what it means anymore, as it's used as an all-purpose insult well outside the bounds of its literal definition. The entire fucking alt-right glossary can burn in a toilet fire as far as I'm concerned.
I am so ready from Trump to have to stand next to someone who knows what they're talking about. But I'm a little nervous—Trump's never going to win a debate on the substance of his ideas, so his best strategy is to act a fool and do everything in his power to derail it. I really hope the debate moderators are prepared…
I've heard this a lot, but I don't even really know what people think would be a satisfying "ending" for The Witness—it's not like it has any plot to speak of in the first place. What's there to resolve? Isn't the journey more important than the destination in a game like this?
Oo, nice list here. My personal top 5:
I really like Modine in the role, but I feel like they probably could have come up with another part for Tom Noonan if they really wanted to.
I totally agree. Actually, the dynamic with the four young kids and particularly the stuff with Lucas leaving and coming back has been my favorite thing in the show so far. It reminds me of Stand By Me, which was probably my favorite movie when I was about Mike's age. The characters are really what have kept me locked…
Going into one of those tanks under the influence of psychedelics is one of the scariest things I can imagine.
"Her disappearance was what Nancy needed to join forces with Jonathan and nothing more."
Well, I think you have to go one way or the other with it: either cut the Nancy stuff entirely, or flesh it out enough to where it actually adds something to the story. I'm having a hard time seeing what she adds to the overall plot, even though I do like the character.
