I haven't actually done it... but my tip would be to use spray mount (a type of glue you spray!) through the pages of the book first, so that they become almost solid. That way they wouldn't move when you try to cut/drill?

I decided to jailbreak my first iphone (2g) to get control of my own sms tones etc. Once I upgraded to a 4 I thought I could just re-do that. But - stupid me - I can't find my serial key to make the software work, and all emails to the dev get ignored. Oh well. :(

No. You're right. No-one deserves torture and death. That was a blatant over-reaction from me. To be fair he was good in Kick Ass. Not much else though.
