Ya I think that’s what’s lost in all of this. These are mostly professionals supporting a family and are likely half-way to retirement. They aren’t worried about how many olive gardens there are. They want to be able to afford a nice lifestyle and save for the future. It’s pretty difficult to do that on either coast
