Could you "effin" not...say my name?

I enjoyed the hell out of this book, because conceptually, it was fantastic. However there were some things that fell off throughout, and I'd have to agree with @CarrerCrytharis, that it felt like another edit would have done it some good.

Obviously you nailed it with the image. Heroes just shot itself in the foot over and over again, until it was trying to run on bloody stumps. So much potential, in that it wasn't campy, as compared to Arrow or Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Both of which I find campy and unsustainable. I'm sure they will soon suffer from the

good points. Iain Banks had some great insight into the potential behavior. That said, as with anything, intelligence does not equal understanding. An AI may not be able to "understand" us in terms of humanity and who knows what disconnect that would have on an AI's interaction with us. It could be anything from

Because Flash Gordon needed Barbarella

I've stayed underwhelmed. I watched the first few episodes and have caught a few more since, and I really feel that it's campy and takes itself too seriously (when it is in fact campy). I'd rather it decide on a direction - either be dark or campy, but don't be both. It's the same issue I have with Agents of

Hearst was also out to destroy the hemp industry, as it was a low cost challenger to wood pulp on which the newspaper industry was based and that it was a threat to Hearst's large timber holdings. Additionally DuPont had just come out with synthetic fibers, and the fiber's success was potentially threatened by hemp.

I always thought it was less about his crazy antics, and more to do with the birth of Luke & Leah - that he was bringing balance to the force by the birth of those two.

As others have mentioned, there are zombies but they are only an occasional nuisance. I'm hoping they increase the zombies 100 fold, so that people would need to work together more (reducing douchebaggery) and to a degree, prevent people from lootspawning (increased zed count will help against blind server hopping in

People loot spawn like crazy. So those players that are fully geared, aren't gathering their gear from one server over time. They often are going to a location that is known for weapon spawns - looting, changing servers (which puts them in the same location), looting, changing servers, etc.

Probably one of my favorite spoofs of a genre. Absolutely brilliant.
