Yes, and no it’s not a generational thing. They have been bad no matter what generation, 80's, 70's, 60's whenever. So anyone with the back in my day crap can stick it. They don’t remember how much of a prick they were too.

I will say in my experience, if I strongly suspect a kid hasn’t done something, just telling them to do it seems to have a higher success rate than asking them if they did.

Yeah wedding food isn’t remembered unless it is outstandingly good or bad. The only one I remember is the one where they held the reception at their housing complex’s party space, and the food was pizza, chips, 2 liters of soda, beer and wine. Nothing like turning your wedding into an 8yo’s birthday party.
