With the high cost of space in NY, I would agree it probably doesn’t make a lot of sense. Unless your job requires a lot of personal interaction with people. Conference calls and even video calls can’t replace that.

It works well as taco filler, meat balls, meat sauce, and chili. You can make a decent burger with it, but even an okay beef burger is better than the best turkey burger, IMO.

No thank you. Yea if seasoned well and not cooked too much past medium, it will probably still be good. However, it will never be as awesome as a well seasoned, charred on the outside, mid-rare on the inside nirvana of a properly cooked burger.
