As usual, my friend, we see eye to eye. RDJ has set the table for the rest of Marvel to basically get the green light. As I commented earlier, I'd rather him go out happy than feel forced into continuing the roll, possibly affecting the rest of the cast/movie. I'm kinda curious if/when/how Joss kills him. Thoughts?

As much as I hate the idea of moving on without him, I think you're right. His run has been great & played the part like no other, but he is getting older & I'm sure he's got other things to do. I'd prefer him to be in A2, finish strong & happy, as opposed to loathing, and possibly hating the roll & affecting the rest…

I'm relieved by this too. When I heard he wanted the part, all I could think about was how bad a fake accent he would use. I'd rather listen to chunks of glass in a garbage disposal for 2 hours than listen to him attempt to be Lobo.
