@kingcrim84: A boat trip to the Farallon Islands (off the coast of San Francisco) would cost a lot less than $100,000. You could even go all the way to South Africa for much less than that.

@clank-o-tron: As far as I understand, stock in old GM became worthless when they filed for bankruptcy.
I doubt you COULDN'T fit the supercharger to a Camry but, like deep frying your shirt, you probably SHOULDN'T do it.
@Dirt Pirate: I don't think the back seats were strictly the purpose of the Evora. I think it's quite a bit wider than the Elise/Exige and even has carpeted floors and such.
And she's from my hometown! That doesn't surprise me. Glad I don't live there anymore.
@cobrajoe: I agree with you. I didn't mean that the TRD kit would be ready to go off the shelf but that the parts were already out there and could be adapted to fit the Evora. And of course Lotus never does anything without putting their own spin on it.
@cobrajoe: If it's already got a Toyota motor I don't see the problem with a Toyota blower kit.
Doesn't TRD already make a supercharger for the engine used in the Evora? Seems like it should be an easy adaptation but Lotus will undoubtedly want to make their own tweaks to it.
@Hef Walker: That would really depend on whether the author meant "primo" as in first class or "premo" as in short for premium. And correcting spelling is the job of the proofreader, not the copy editor.

Accidental accleration solved by paying attention to wtf you are doing and operating a vehicle safely.
@Scandinavian Flick: GM had a problem with "mega-knock events" in the Caddy SRX. They should have figured out a solution in time for the Volt's release.
@Pessimippopotamus: No no no the Buick's grill is vertical whereas the 200C clearly has a horizontal grill. HUGE difference.
My hate for the PT is strong. This is a waste of a SBC.
In former Soviet Russia, Mustang badge runs wrong direction.
More forgivable than yesterday's NPOCP Hyundai. Its provenance isn't much worse than that of a Mustang II anyway.
That's what he gets for slathering himself with delicious motor oil. What car could resist?
There is no right way to drink Cockta. Just don't do it.
