Rallying two up on a Can Am RT. Because your co-driver should be comfortable.

This is great. Now, can you instruct me on how to keep up with my wife who darts through the crowd while I push the giant shopping cart at Costco on Saturday mornings?

Hey Laser-Lips, your mother was a snowblower!

There is a house near my in-laws' with a Vehicross and a Reatta in the driveway. Lord only knows what kind of weirdness lurks in the garage.

@ikaiyoo: sorry, pic failed to upload

@ament001: "The chaps go to an awful lot of trouble to do the car, they're there all day - what else have they got to do?"

I don't remember where I read it, but a bit of auto legend says that a couple of the "chaps" who assembled Jaguars hid stash of porn and painted a swastika inside a Jaguar. It was found when the car was being armored for use by the Queen of England.

It looks like it would be fun and fast on a smooth lake but I'd rather sacrifice some top end for the ability to handle waves and corner better. Zipping across the water at 65mph gets boring after a while and impossible if the conditions aren't right. You aren't going to have very much fun with your PWC if you can't

I disagree that the Explore name has any heritage worth preserving. It's also worth noting that the new engines put out about as much, if not more, power than the old engines. I think that Ford is finally properly building the Explorer it set out to build in 1995 (2nd generation). Ford is definitely not breaking any

@Matt White: The earlier 125S had a 1.5L V-12. 166cc is the displacement of a single cylinder in the 1949 car making it a 1992cc V-12. Still a ridiculously small V-12 and very impressive.

@Wunno Sev: Psst. The Sonata doesn't need a V6 because the GDI Turbo 4 puts out 274hp and gets 34mpg highway on regular gas. Tune that engine for premium and it will probably make almost as much power as the V6 while being lighter and more efficient. If they applied their GDI technology to the 3.8 V6 (as they have

Hyundai needs to make the Genesis Coupe engines DI. Why does the Sonata get a 274hp 2.0T while the Genesis gets a 210hp version? Priorities, Hyundai!

When I was in junior high I cut up a bunch of old R&Ts to make a supercar collage for my bedroom wall. You better believe the F50 was up there.

I remember reading that the (second generation, I think) Explorer had slightly better ground clearance than the Taurus. I doubt this one will be much worse. Can't wait to read Ray's mom's review of it.

@TeddyBuck: is the "Wa-La" part of what you're kidding about? If not, I think you mean voila (vwah-lah), French for "see there."
