Anyone who has difficulty finding Walmart… probably shops at Walmart

@petersterncan: So you need to add a quart of oil here and there… it's not like it's going to be your daily driver. #raptor

@PowerTryp, Starless wonder.: My dad has an '83 GMC Brigadier dump truck with a 9 speed Roadranger transmission. I've never been brave enough to try driving it. Maybe someday at a deserted construction site or something I'll give it a try.

That photochop hurts my eyes. I would have thought someone at Art Center would at least make an attempt at a cast shadow rather than just putting some black fog around the thing. #outrun

@theeastbaykid: I might have bought a Mazdaspeed 3 if they would have let if out of the showroom. I told the salesman I wouldn't buy it without driving it. He didn't think I was serious (even though my 65 year old dad was with me). Screw you Walnut Creek Mazda-Subaru! And that's how I ended up with my MkV GTI. #vwgti

@Maxichamp: I'm on board with that. And we can refer to Yerba Buena Island (recently showered with pears) as simply the runoff. #bridges

@Kraakmo: call me skeptical, but deturbulators sound a bit like snake oil even if they do have their very own web site. #trucks

@Kraakmo: I think you missed the point of this which is that it folds up. It could be unfolded where length restrictions are not a problem and then retracted if needed. Plus, it's a lot cheaper than designing or buying a new truck since it can be attached to existing trailers. #trucks

It's 2009! Can't we do better than a truck mullet?! #trucks

I live about 1.5 hours from Sears Point and about 2.5 hours from Laguna Seca but there is no way I could drop $1000 for a day of driving school. It's sort of like The Gift of the Magi. #mitsubishilancerevolution

@SagarikaLumos: You fail to differentiate "luxury" from "status symbol." Yes, ze Germans put V-12s in their luxury cars but you can also get an E-Class with a turbocharged I-4 (gas or diesel) in Europe. #converj

I hope that 7.0 liter V8 they're talking about is a DI version of the LS7… but probably not. Too bad. #gmcsierra

@Franzouse: I think most Americans (myself included) would prefer to drive something American. I'm hoping the Cadillac ATS/alpha platform rumors come true for that reason. #converj

@maximum-sienna: Maybe it wasn't supposed to do 2, but I think it did. Mostly I think it did 0. #converj

@Peugeot—30 Followers and Counting: Will it blend? (Oh wait this isn't Gizmodo) It seems plausible if you use an inverter but I'm not sure if you can draw enough wattage through a 9V DC outlet to power a blender. #converj

@Franzouse: I think the logical step up for the wealthy Priusers is the Lexus HS250h since it has the same powertrain and is at least as ugly. #converj

@suzq044: I don't see how you can say GM is late to the party when it hasn't started yet. No major manufacturer has a plug-in hybrid or EREV on sale in NA and it's looking like GM will be the first. #converj

@SagarikaLumos: I think we're long past the point where we equate luxury with cylinder count. The diesel V8 and the V-8-6-4-2 are good examples of why. #converj
