I they’re essential for travel, then it won’t be an option to catch them. It’ll be a requirement. Either that or they’ll just accompany you without being usable in battle.

The enemies of Xenoblade 2 are scaled for 3 party members. Stick to the main story until then. That’s probably why you’re getting beaten. Even then, the full scope of combat doesn’t really open up until chapter 3, I believe.

“Screw the rules, I have money!"

Xenoblade 2.  The outfits for the female Blades is pretty hard to explain.  At least Xenoblade DE gave you the option to use any cosmetic option once you got a piece of gear for it.

As far as bricks go, it looks like mostly standard bricks, rather than specialized pieces, which would lower the cost. The animatronic parts would drive that cost right back up though.

That was my first thought as well. Wonder if it was a similar case as Metroid Prime 4.

Could be a case of a good person in a bad company.

“...suggesting outlets and media companies don’t rip their stories from 4chan or joke accounts on Twitter.”

I know nothing about the game, but it sounds like the normal ending involves a robot sacrificing itself for millions of other people. The 100% ending involves the robot gaining self awareness and the will to live.

That’s exactly right. I’m playing Bloodborne for the first time now, and I’ve never felt like I was cheated. Fight, die, fight again. As long as I learn from my mistakes and am careful, I can retrieve my blood echoes and push a bit further ahead. Those moments that I finally overcome an obstacle are satisfying because

The main utility of discs for me is that it saves on downloading. Rather than needing to download 30+ GB, the system can copy it to the SSD locally instead.

Aside from the fact that he's charging money for the mods through the Patreon tiers.  Still a very good case for fair use, but not quite a slam dunk.

Keeping people on board means they need work to do. If they predicted those in development projects were going to flop, it makes sense to cut it now.

Agreed.  It would have been more effective to have both collections include 1 and 2, then include one version of 3-6.

At this point, I’m just waiting for a trailer to drop before I judge anything. It sounds like Nintendo is still closely involved with the film, and Illumination has a pretty good track record. Heaven forbid if they gave it to DreamWorks instead.

That was one example I was thinking of. Japanese actor being removed from a Japanese game. The other example that comes to mind is the OP to The World Ends With You: The Animation being pulled at the last minute.

Gamepass includes all the DLC by default, I believe.

They don’t really do that with Western releases, unless royalties are involved. I know of a few cases where Japanese artists were replaced, but even then it was for the initial launch of a game, not 10+ years after the fact.

Stardew is as hard as you make it out to be. If you’re trying to complete all the community center objectives within a year, it can be a hot mess trying to grow all the high quality crops, get the right fish, and keep checking for red cabbage seeds to be sold at the cart.

I prefer the experience of going out to pick up the game. Even when I do order online, I go with in store pickup when possible. While I’m out I’ll usually browse other games, look at accessories, go to Barnes and Noble to see if they have any Manga I’m interested in, or go out to a sit in restaurant for a nice meal.
