The WTO and NAFTA are not the same thing, not even close.  Seeing that Canada, Mexico, and USA are all members of the WTO, what sense would there be for NAFTA?  The WTO governs global trade, it’s mission is for fair trade, not free.  

That’s not free trade, that’s normal trade relations. A free trade example is NAFTA, we have no such agreement with China.

The actions of the victim have nothing to do with an autonomous vehicle failing to safely navigate the roadways. It failed to avoid hitting a large object in the roadway, period. If the object had been a concrete barrier the vehicle occupant could have been killed.

Let’s not try to equate Autopilot in aircraft, where the term is best known from, to Tesla’s. From what I understand, aircraft Autopilot doesn’t deviate from the inputted flight plane.
