Taxing all income the same, capital gains etc. would be a good start.

But they are gone from their families for days/weeks. Comparing a long commute and work day to long haul truckers is silly.

Iran supplies oil to the global market and that’s where prices are set.

Leaving the Iran deal, moving US Embassy to Jerusalem.

I should have said daily fantasy.

Hopefully this is the end of Fanduel and Draftkings.

You’re doing it right.

Money ain’t everything, neither is fancy cars. Imagine the lost years of your life spent driving to and from work just to make an extra bit of money.

Funny thing is that CUVs seating room isn’t any better than a sedan.

Sensible, but we don’t need sensible. Let’s trade the sedan for a $50k truck for the yearly flower and mulch run.

For one trip every now and then? You’d rather spend thousands more to spare a mild inconvenience maybe 5 times a year?

A Ridgeline or something of comparable size is all the truck 95% of truck owners will ever need.

Let’s say you need a pickup 36 days a year. For a Uhaul at $30 a day that’s $1080 a year. You’ll save more than that a year on fuel with a car. Not to mention the $10k+ you saved on the purchase price. Not to mention the savings in operating cost.

Problem is crossovers barely offer anything over a sedan. Higher seating position and larger cargo area is there only advantage. One might not even be an advantage and the larger cargo isn’t always used and a roof rack can substitute.

Kids are more active than the 70's? What world have you been in as childhood obesity has surged?

Uhaul rents trucks for around $30 a day. But I guess $40k for a truck is the better alternative.

Those that are aware of the massive problem of light pollution.

I’d say our drivers are more focused on the random picture a near stranger has just posted to Instagram.

Which isn’t a very effective nor fair policy. A pedestrian has the ability to stop immediately, change direction near instantly, and no blind spots.

Towing capacity isn’t limited by power, usually it’s braking.
