Reading some of these commute times makes me feel great about my 40 mile commute that only takes 45 minutes in the morning and 55 minutes in the evening.

So is Ford going to open this saved building to the public? Why fuck no, they are going to use it to make more money on top of the $17B they have in the bank.

So Ford is going to build or renovate to expand because it must to make more money. Ford wants the government to help pay to do so even though they have plenty of cash. How is that not a hand out?

When the inevitable gentrification comes why should those that currently live in the area have to be burdened by higher taxes on their property?  

Taxes in the United States are low across the board, compared to OECD countries. We have a corrupt healthcare system, immense debt, and failing infrastructure as a result.
