Well, there's some of that entitled jackassery throughout the series, but the characters do get deeper so no worries there.
They get more complex, but more likeable or improving as people? Eh, that's debatable, though admittedly it's been awhile since I've watched.
God, as someone who read the book first the change from the original ending of Hannibal was infuriating. Understandable, but so not cool.
Isn't that kind of exactly what happened to him in the story where he reveals his name is Charles Brown?
Dear christ this is fucking awful on mobile, which is the only way I surf the web. I predict my reading of Jalopnik, io9, etc, declining dramatically. The (not so) little notifications menu stays open and makes reading anything a pain and a half, which is obnoxious. The old layout was dramatically preferable.
Dude, fucking Terriers. It's not genre, but I can't think of a show I would squee louder to know was coming back. It's seriously one of the best crime/dramedy shows, like ever. The first season is pretty self contained, with minimal or no loose ends if I remember correctly.
That doesn't take away from the quality of the work, it just means its been exploited and people like you are tired of it. It's still an excellent series.
I really don't know. For a long time it was gameplay over graphics, and now that gameplay and storytellling is catching uo graphics and aesthetics seem to be making a resurgence in popularity and importance.
Yup, you just saved me a bunch of typing.
I'm with you, I've been curious for years. I wouldn't just be open, I'd jump at the opportunity.
Goddamn man, I feel for you. I'm not sure how your statement got so twisted, I knew exactly what you meant from the word go. Jesus Gawker commenters want to see the worst in everyone sometimes.
Haha, I'd point you to a recipe but it's always been prepared for me so I'm not sure where to start there. It's so good though.
I don't know about roguemarvel's pops but fried rabbit will make you wonder why the fuck we fry chicken. Seriously.
Whaaaaaat? Loonette was Jubilee? I know people like to knock Jubilee, but she holds a special place in my heart since a children's book detailing her discovery and recruitment into the X-men was more than likely my first exposure to genre fiction. Now I find out that another part of my childhood was both her and Lydia…
No joke, they make me want to risk people thinking I'm weirder than they already do and find something rad like that to run around in.
Aww, you had to bring graphics into it, jerk.
Instead of whining and squabbling about asinine graphics bullshit, can we talk about that moustache for a minute? Manly as fuck.
Jump to conclusions much? All they said was they were on the fence about the series, no mention of the lesbianism at all. Maybe they just don't like rom-coms much.
Samurai Champloo, Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex, Shigurui are my big recommends for anime in general, all have plenty of combat and are very well made. For more of what you mention with the gaining powers and all check out Fairy Tail.
