I too am wondering if Krishna is in cahoots with Petra. I doubt she’s in love with her though. But if Petra proves she’s changed, it could happen.

If you’re overthinking it then so am I. He shouldn’t have told the story of what happened at the campfire! It’s best if Rose doesn’t know he got his memory back. How could nobody have considered that Rose would have people there to keep an eye on him? It’s probably his friend Keith. Nobody hires a guy that good…
Nice review! What really bothers me about Jane’s decision, and I’m surprised more people aren’t with me here, is that I think Raphael has been treating Jane horribly! I mean, come on. If you’re SO’s dead ex-spouse came to life, wouldn’t an empathetic, respectful person understand how confusing that would be for you?…
We do NOT know that she knew. If my parents committed a crime to get me into a good college, I’d be pissed. It’s humiliating, it’s illegal, it’s immoral, and it gives people the impression that you are a spoiled brat who is too dumb to get into a good college even if you are someone who simply was born into a famous…
Yeah, he looks like an adult! It’s a good thing they talked about how much he had grown. If they hadn’t, I wouldn’t have known who he was.
Yes! I thought she’d do it ironically too.
Exactly. It’s nothing against Astin, but he’s not Fontana. It’s always weird when a part is re-cast and it’s disappointing because Fontana was so good in that role.
Actually, I had just posted somewhere a few days before the episode that Carden deserved an Emmy for her performance as Janet. It’s just so good in so many ways and not just because she also plays Bad Janet. She has to somehow be a virtual assistant who slowly starts having feelings, evolves, falls in love, - and…
I’m not sure it replaces Community, but it’s way up there. Crazy Ex-Girlfriend, Community, and The Good Place are three of the best comedies of the past decade by far. I wish there were more like them. There are a few more really good comedies, but those are the three that for me are wayyyy up there, and it’s nice to…
They did not ask him to come back, but it sounds like he was unavailable. They told him about the recasting. It didn’t sound like there was any animosity.
They actually did not ask him back. They decided to recast Greg and then they told Fontana. Which sounded cold to me, but it sounds like he could not have made the commitment anyway. I did wonder about that.
Sorry but I’m having trouble accepting a different Greg. I like Astin but it’s hard to see him as Greg. He’s sort of a little like Fontana’s Greg but not as much as I’d like. I was excited to read that Greg was going to be on last night’s episode, so it was a disappointment to see a different actor. That said, if…
Oops - I’m a heathen. All the teas I suggested are boxed teas.
I just discovered that I can get Newman’s Own green tea at Market Basket (I think it’s local to New England) and it’s only $3 for 100 bags! My next choice after that is Bigelow (best bargain is to get the one with 40 bags, which is about $5 - best deal through is through Target). I tried Salada today and didn’t like…
I do that too (leaving tea bags in). I recently started drinking green tea after thinking I hated it. The key is to cool the water for 2 minutes and then steep for 2 minutes (although I agree with Tony that everyone needs to experiment on their own). But I still tend to leave the bag in when I’m drinking black tea.
I live in the US and it drives me nuts when they do that. Many restaurants will bring you a cup of microwaved water and a tea bag. I have an English friend and was surprised that she used the microwave method. I’m American but I’m a stickler for pouring boiled water over a tea bag. No microwaving and no dropping the…
I agree with everything in this review, making my comment sort of irrelevant - except that I want so much to wholeheartedly agree that it was really weird that the co-workers didn’t find it even remotely plausible, even as they saw Trent hold that knife over Nathaniel, that Trent was trying to kill or at least…
OMG I totally missed that! That song was perfect for that situation and I’m disappointed that I somehow didn’t hear it. The first ep I saw was the fourth and I fell in love with that song/video.
Ha, that bugged me when Mona said that too. I like her a lot but I wondered what’s wrong with having curly hair? She seemed weirdly cheerful about Nathaniel having cheated on her too when they were joking about that. I’m wondering if something was up with that and if there will be more Mona in Season 4.
This is a more general comment, but Yael Groblas should get more credit for her performances in this show. She’s been villain and victim as Petra (and as Anechka). Just as we warm up to Petra, she’ll do something awful again - but we don’t stop caring about her. And her Anechka is so markedly different from Petra. I…
