And for what it’s worth, nobody exactly looks unpolished in the Clooney lead Ocean’s franchise either. I think at one point someone gets sweaty? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That’s sort of what I thought too...they look good and get the easy win. I mean, that’s honestly really no different from male-led Ocean’s movies. At least the newest ones - I haven’t seen the originals.

When I saw it, the whole cast (minus Rihanna :/) surprised the audience in the theater by showing up and watching with us. I think I was too starstruck to even notice or care how about how lightweight the plot felt at times.. But it was still a fun movie and the cast is amazing.

I know - why can’t we just have a slick, completely unrealistic heist movie? There’s an ‘expert jeweler’ character. Nothing about this is supposed to be relatable, and that’s fine.

Isn’t them looking perfect kind of the point of this whole movie? I’m in it for the hair, the makeup, the outfits.

I actually like what they’re doing with “Season 2,” which was apparently filmed at or near the same time as they filmed Season 1. It couldn’t be more frustrating for me - their UK tour kicked off in my home town and tickets were still available at reasonable prices - but I was away for that ONE NIGHT on unavoidable business shenanigans. NOT FAIR.

ALSO: I knew literally nothing about this movie, and was not super interested in the idea because the Oceans 11 movies are pretty meh, but I went to see Deadpool 2 last night and saw the trailer - it looks so good! I am actually really excited for it now!

I actually really enjoyed the people versus OJ Simpson and thought she was fabulous in it, but worthwhile is highly subjective. Plus her part was so small in deadwood.
