Yes absolutely. NBC literally has the best network comedies right now. (B99, Superstore and The Good Place).

Congratulations to Taraji! Happy my girl is happy!
NBC came out the clear winner here.
I always figured that Tina Lawson must be a pretty great mom, but taking the initiative to get her kids into counseling in order to prevent an unhealthy dynamic from developing between them is beyond the wisdom of most parents, even the good ones. Frankly, I always vaguely wondered what the story was with Beyoncé’s…
It’s going to take me a week to decide which channel(s) to record so I don’t have to get up early.
My birthday is this weekend, but (due to it always falling on Mother’s Day weekend) I rarely get to celebrate with my friends. So this year, as in many years past, I’m doing it next weekend. I’m known among my friends for my obsessive knowledge of the royal family. If you think I’m NOT going to wear a fascinator, deck…
I am so sick of this already, but that said, I will drag my sorry ass out of bed early on the 19th to dress up my cat, pour mimosas, and serve scones to some of my bleary-eyed friends to watch it.

The Blac Chyna link reminds me that I just saw an old episode of KUWTK (it was shortly after Kim was robbed in Paris) in which BC was still pregnant, and I thought about how these peoples lives and disasters are one long semi-fake documentary more sort of cringey than any teen diary of drama.
Also, in the episode I…
This is “twice” that they’ve been caught smooching within the past month
Don’t you leave us, Candy Bergen! I need to see you host SNL at least one more time.
There’s also the fact that it simply isn’t true. McCain has talked about this. He’s talked about how the North Vietnamese hung him up from a tree by the hands and wrists with his arms twisted behind him until he gave up the names of the commanding officers in Vietnam. If I recall the story correctly, he gave them the…
I’m there too—and I’ve gotta say, Hugh Grant does his best work playing slimeballs, sneaks, and ambiguous characters. Enough of this “romantic lead” bullshit.
This is EXTREMELY my shit and I want it right this instant.
I’m mostly happy because I was prepared to pay $15 to see Hugh Grant passionately kiss Ben Wishaw to fulfill my own voyeuristic need, but it turns out I can see it for negligible dollars!
Ya Stephen Frears makes good political drama’s. Everyone knows him for The Queen however its prequel The Deal (about Tony Blair and Gordon Browns arrangement to reform the Labour Party) is even better.
I’m in. Stephen Frears and Ben Whishaw. Ben Whishaw seriously deserves to be 8-fold bigger than Benedict Cumberbatch, but perhaps he is deliberately charting a quieter course.
The book is outrageous. I’m sure they’ll trim down the storyline because they’ll HAVE TO or else the mini-series will be a year long. I just saw Ben Whishaw in the National Theatre production of Julius Caesar, and now I’m a complete stan.
