Her second Academy Award nomination! Actors getting their second nom several years after winning an Oscar is one of my favorite things (see also: Helen Hunt for The Sessions, who may have been that same year; Marisa Tomei for In the Bedroom; Benicio del Toro for 21 Grams; et cetera et ceter

Well, the whole point is Harvey thinks he’s in a typical All-American couple relationship with Sabrina. And Sabrina is torn between being a Satan worshiping witch and being a typical American teenager.

I like Chris Pine, but Chris Evans is Best Chris, now and forever.

Since Mad Men first started, it’s been like “Who is this girl and what is her career going to be like?” I look forward to this.

If the show gets anywhere close to the comic that Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa also wrote (which is great and you ought to read it) there will be plenty of “chilling” to go around. Consider this photo a nice bit of misdirection.

Thank you for this I hadn’t seen it. Ms. Ross and her daughter are so delightful!

Evans is hands down the best Chris. This stance disappoints my bf, who fancies himself the unknown fourth Hemsworth brother, but I hold firm nonetheless.

Shit, there were some really great costumes in that roundup. The Jay and Bey had real attention to detail, and the Super Mario was the perfect combo of accurate and cute/sexy. Loved it!

Evans is the best Chris to maybe ever have existed (YEAH I SAID IT). Chris Pine is solidly number 2 for me though.

You wish, beeyatch

So great to see Kiernan Shipka getting some high profile work. She was so fantastic in Mad Men.

That was absolutely delightful!

I pick Evans for personality, Hemsworth for looks. Pine seems cool too. I don’t pick Pratt for anything.

Now playing

Your story about running into her just reminded me of Tracy Ellis Ross delightfully talking about her mom’s lost fanny pack.

I perked up at the Ruth Negga/Dominic Cooper part, as they are both adorable, and for a brief moment believed in love again.

“My issue also was Diana Ross very rarely wore an afro. I mean, it was really about the long hair. But that’s another story.“

Y’all wtf. I’m going to say this one last time for the white people in the back. YOU DON’T HAVE TO DARKEN YOUR SKIN TO DRESS UP LIKE A BLACK PERSON!

What bothers me the most is that Diana Ross does not wear her hair in a big afro. I know, because I nearly walked smack into her one day when she came into the library where I used to work. She does have glorious hair, though. And she’s a sweetheart.

What, what?

I respect Diana Ross. I think she’s fabulous... And it was really my little tribute to her.
