Apologies for going on a tangential rant, there. It was not directed at you in any way which I should have clarified. Thanks for your patience. ☆

I can agree with your general sentiment but when I first heard Annie Lennox sing “Strange Fruit” and “God Bless the Child,” I was gobsmacked. I adored her in high school; she was a formative influence. But, in no way, were those songs hers to sing as a white Scotswoman.

Yep. My college age daughter wears them now. Then the other day she popped up wearing these Steve Madden-looking wedges.

What’s this about scrunchies?

There better be multiple Ferguson cameos or I’m gonna be like “NAH-NAH-N-N-NAAHH”

Yes! It’s just like GBBO! It makes me feel a renewed sense of hope in the world.

“IT’S A THIRST TRAP!”

it’s on Netflix and I find it quite cheery (I watched the first three eps last week during a really bad patch at work), like a very gay great british bake off. ymmv, tho!

Who is Antoni and why is he so handsome?

COMMENCE!

My favorite ep was the one about Dennis Wilson.

One... Missing pet?

Manson and the Blacklist ones are my favorites. I think I learned the most new information from Jean and Jane. I wasn’t aware of Jean at all and her story was heartbreaking.

The thing that was interesting was all the side stories about people who were connected to the Manson group and had narrow misses with the murderous activities.

Now playing

I think he must be used to hearing how great she is. I’m glad their marriage seems made to last.

He is the cutest and I am vaguely in love with him. I mean he needs to always be with Simmons because obviously he needs to always be with Simmons, but he kind of also needs to be with me. It’s the blue eyes and the accent and the little trusting puppy face I want to wrap him in a blanket and stop all the horrible

Like I totally get where Aida was coming from but I still punched the air in glee when Simmons shot her in the fucking chest.

Dead Blondes series was good, the Manson series as well.

Fitz is fictional living proof you can do ‘nerdy nice guy crushing on the girl’ without falling into ‘nice guy’ entitled bullshit. Joss needs for his brother to have a quiet word with him.

I got sucked in by the Joan Crawford series because I was doing a presentation for Sudden Fear for a class I was in.
