The Wiz isn’t as good as JCS but I really loved watching Mary J. Blige eat all of the scenery. Ne-Yo was pretty great as the Tin Man and Queen Latifah was the Wiz. :)

Yay! I took Japanese 20 years ago and occasionally I try to visit a night class to get a refresher. 3 years ago, I finally got to go to Japan and it was awesome. I didn’t know a ton but what I did know went incredibly far.

I work at a university and I went into one of the engineering buildings on campus and someone put a ton of snacks and goodies on a table with a note that said: This week has been tough, due to the Kavanaugh hearings. Take care of yourself and have a treat!

I think it also has to do with visibility. If I remember correctly, the NFL isn’t broadcasting the anthem anymore. So the ability to show your protest nationwide is gone.
