Personally, I thought from all the promos that the creators were trying to reach Gen-Z because a reworking of the original in order to update it doesn’t always work for the generation who grew up with it. If they wanted to appeal to Millenials who remember Gossip Girl, then this would have worked better as a reboot.

Absolutely. Gifts in exchange for favors is considered in bad faith, from political to corporate to non-profit, and if it’s written into the by-laws of an organization, then gifts in exchange for favors would be illegal.
When it comes to cutting off foreign funding to domestic groups, the federal government can do that under the Patriot Act, but only if they can prove that the money came from foreign terrorists, but the government cannot declare a domestic terrorist group because of the statute referenced in my first post.
The US has a statute to declare foreign terrorists but not domestic ones:

That totally reminded me of the moment my sister went from playing basketball to playing tennis, and it happened around middle school. She had her varsity letter in tennis when she reached high school, so that’s neat.
