You make a lot of great points and while I’m inclined to agree with most of them, I think it would be extremely charitable to say all this was in the text of the show.

It is. I’m into this game (and have played every main MGS) but I fully understand where they’re coming from as it’s possible to like someone like Kojima and still accept that they’re not perfect. A dry response like yours shows that the cult of personality exists.
Let us save the world, but in the meantime, here’s a bikini wearing sniper soldier who likes to show you her butt for the sake of dealing with some harsh realities of our age (but i assure you, once you get to know her backstory (pun intended), you will be ashamed of having dirty thoughts about her!).
The Final Fantasy movie couldn’t land a single emotional beat. Otherwise, it was pretty much the standard ‘anger creates suffering, compassion creates peace’ narrative.
You mean like homo sapiens, homo erectus? THats messed up man, better get on twitter and let the world know you won’t stand for the latin word meaning “man” you uneducated idiot.
To be clear, I don’t meant to imply that R* offered drugs. They didn’t and never did. The employees acquired the drugs on their own and only offered to fellow employees who were interested in participating.
It could probably go without the stream of a crazy piece of shit shooting innocent people though. Just sayin’.
I am sure every single artist who worked on Sonic knew exactly how bad it looked and probably fought to make positive improvements, only to get slapped down by someone in management three levels above them.
While it has a few bugs, and isn’t going to win over anyone who isn’t a fan of Telltale’s formula...but Tales from the Borderlands is outright some of the most pure fun I have ever had with any story-based media ever, with some of the sharpest writing and most enganging character’s I’ve ever seen.
...wait, I just made a post about this yesterday on Observation Deck. And before that, I made a post about Doom Patrol pilot being available for free on YouTube, which also appeared right afterward on io9. Are...are you guys taking my article ideas?
Scorpia & Sea Hawk commiserating over being overlooked was perfect. “Can’t believe I’m stuck in a closet here with you!” Don’t fret, Scorpia. Everyone can see that you’re literally a giant lesbian. She makes Catra a purrito! (I appreciate that the Horde contains some genuinely wholesome members, but the Alliance…
Scorpia: a very rare example of a villainous Hufflepuff.
I screeched when I saw this Scorpia cosplay at Emerald City Comic Con. I love Scorpia so much.
“What does this say?”
I’ll take a box of 20 WinBits, please!
My first question was, ‘Who is supposed to play this?’ Is there someone I am taking a job from?
You know exactly what I mean. He goes from barely being able to swing a lightsaber to force pulling/lifting shit between the first two films and then becomes a badass between the second and third films. I’m not making absolute value judgments here but I think we all imprinted on these films so early that our judgment…
Yeah I think a real complicating factor for men or women when they find themselves in these experiences is not having an outlet,or having the perception that taking advantage of such an outlet would diminish them.
Dudes fuck up other dudes so bad. It’s real depressing. Every element of toxic masculinity comes back to men being shitty to other men.
“Other people I’ve talked to have been like, ‘I know what I’m working on, I know what I’ve gotten myself into here.’ And you start to blame yourself for being shitty or weak or spineless.”
