Yup. But there are also editing differences. Slight changes to the other scenes shown, order, cuts, etc…It doesn't need a lot to improve on the first one, which was just dire.

I think you have that backwards. WW1 had a great opening but the latter half was a complete and utter slog. God, no kidding with the rape and stuff. Really, all the constant suffering (and plotlines that never concluded, just sort of…stopped progressing, as the new line took over) in the X-titles turned me off all comics.

Hating on "Great Job Internet" has gotten to be rote now. It's a reflex, not based on the quality of the actual thing in question. It gotten to where basically inoffensive if lightweight and not all that clever fare is treated as the Worst. Thing. Ever.
