...and still a terrible selection of female character toys.

What better disguise than a weird look that's going to draw everyone's eyes to you?

Adrien Brody's character in splice. Plenty of movie scientists have abandoned all scientific ethics and created monsters. But how many also had sex with them?

I've been spending the last couple years trying to go back and watch every classic sci-fi movie I can get my hands on. The number of "Ohhh, that's what Futurama was referencing!" moments is astounding.

I'm a Wachowskis fan, but I can't argue against this. Speed Racer is their movie that works the most for me, in part because it's so damn simple in what it's trying to say. It doesn't have those flaky ideas to stumble over like their other films.

Hugh Jackman, on the other hand, seems to be going through the opposite process. The longer he's been Wolverine, the more freakishly hypertrophied he's become.

These days, vaccines.

Very Kubricky... Quite fitting for FIFA.

...In that this adaptation might actually have a plot?

Clancy Brown is also my dream casting for Lex Luthor in a live-action Superman movie.

For starters, ignore everything Richard Dawkins says that isn't explicitly about the science of evolution.

Mal. He's a stone-cold badass, a complete mess emotionally, a hopeless romantic turned jaded cynic. He's Rick Blaine with a spaceship. He'll fuck you up if even think of hurting a member of his crew. He's the heart of the show. He's the goddamn captain.

"Tiny, bug riding Fast and the Furious."

"Interesting ideas ruined by being in stuck in comics written by Mark Millar"

Be honest. You just made up that part about baby seals just so you'd have something to say you're sorry for, didn't you?

But you do have the most adorable pronunciations for "been" and "sorry."

Unfortunately, none of these fix my main problem with Wonder Woman's armor: the big spike for the center of the W/Eagle. I just can't see that without imagining her stabbing herself in the throat if she bends over even slightly.

A simpler flow chart:

Findings like this make me really happy that someone invented the Werner Herzog Inspirational meme:

Oppression isnt just some abstract thing that exists independent of human behavior. It's something people do to other people, and social progress ALWAYS comes by opposing those who would restrict the rights of others. In this instance, I think fighting is absolutely appropriate.
