You seem to be arguing that websites are either being intentionally misleading, wilfully ignorant or even just flat out wrong about ABK’s ability to expunge evidence from its files because the EEOC’s settlement only mentions getting rid of parts of personnel files.

Twice I’ve read this on here in as many weeks, not sure if the other time was you as well but it makes me twice as happy as I was. I cannot, I repeat cannot, stand achievements and gamer points and all that shit.  I’ve never liked or understood the fascination with them.
