Okay, now follow along (though I know it’s very painful for you, please persevere), who exactly owns the IP for Metroid? Who is directly responsible for the actions of the third party development studios they hire?

Wow.
Bitch Lasagne would me sobriquet of choice.
It takes enough courage just to not give up, either by taking things into your own hands with more drastic measures or even simply letting yourself succumb to the pressure, allowing yourself to waste away or stay the worst version of yourself.
Yeah, it was the opposite of the original comment honestly. But that doesn’t change the fact that they were hostile as fuck.
I spent about 15 minutes there after the Cyberpunk 2077 debacle brought them to the forefront, before deciding that these are not my kind of people.
This “mysterious commentator”, here and elsewhere in this thread, is throwing a lot of shade around at the DFEH and trying to claw back some credibility for the EEOC, enough (and in light of overwhelming and opposing evidence) for me to question their motives.
There’s no way they didn’t know.
You seem to be arguing that websites are either being intentionally misleading, wilfully ignorant or even just flat out wrong about ABK’s ability to expunge evidence from its files because the EEOC’s settlement only mentions getting rid of parts of personnel files.
Translation of what really happened here:
Yeah, I wrote a whole reply and then turned my phone from portrait to landscape and Kinja saw fit to delete it. I can’t be fucked to waste any more of my time.
Another fan. Sigh.
Twice I’ve read this on here in as many weeks, not sure if the other time was you as well but it makes me twice as happy as I was. I cannot, I repeat cannot, stand achievements and gamer points and all that shit. I’ve never liked or understood the fascination with them.
Yeah, I hear: “Buy it now still and we’ll promise we’ll do that later, we swear!”
