Not sure if it's been mentioned, but Cartman talking about pre-ordering games and how it's just committing to buy a game that some "assholes in California haven't even finished yet" is their commentary on themselves and the current, very-delayed South Park video game they've been working on for ages now.

You know, I've been annoyed since the new cast members were announced how Lorne Michaels had the opportunity to diversify in every way possible, yet he hired 6 white people - 5 of which are men. But whatever, I've been watching and enjoying myself (I guess) anyway,

I really liked the J.A.R.V.I.S. reference. Unless the guy's name was just supposed to be Jarvis.

But unlike the characters, the writers can never overreach? No one in this house has any idea what Walt wants right now.

I feel like this review totally missed the point on a lot of things. Namely, the storyline with Bobby. He's way to young to have said what he did to the cinema employee out of a feeling of social obligation. What he said was genuine, and so different than the attempts made by the adults throughout the episode, and

They always make it really clear in interviews and in that "6 Days to Air" documentary of the SP process that they are just really up to date. I'm willing to bet that they just work THAT last minute.

Overall I liked it, not loved it - at least not yet, having seen it only once. But while I disagree with you on liking it, I also agree that I would've loved/much preferred a sequel to "About Last Night", despite it not really being their *thing* to "remember" events from previous episodes (save "You're Getting Old").

How 'bout a Hummer at halftime? A SuperBowl suck-off from me? A SuperBowl Hummer at halftime from my lovely blow-job queen!

I really liked Kenny translating for Butters, because when swollen-Butters first started talking, I thought to myself, "Ahaha, Matt Stone just basically needs to do the Kenny voice, just a bit more blubbery." then immediately Kenny translates for him! I think that was definitely a bit of an inside joke, or at least

There's a commentary by Matt Stone & Trey Parker - on Imaginationland http://youtu.be/KkmsEFblXp0… where they talk about a whole segment they'd originally wanted to write into an episode about a wereprechaun - which is what Butters says it is - who then gets bit by a vampire, so it becomes a wereprechaunpire. Then it

FYI, the main character's name is misspelled - it's actually "Bryan" not "Brian". I know this is a stupid, tiny thing, and I'm embarrassed that I even know this, but I feel it's important to how we view the show, because Bryan is SO obviously an analogue for Ryan Murphy, to the point where he literally just put a "B"

I don't think Don & Megan are paralleling Don & Betty's relationship, they're paralleling Don & Peggy's relationship. And that's why he was so against supporting her. To help someone, in his head, is to eventually have to see them leave. Succeed without him.

I feel confident that credit is NOT due SOLELY to Dan Harmon. Keep in mind how bland and almost lame the first episodes were - and we still love them. This show has changed SO much since it started that I don't see how it could possibly be that big of a difference as long as the cast stays awesome, and they at least
