Phew, covering all of these already. If there's one thing my parents did right, it was teach me financial responsibility. Don't spend anything you don't have, build up credit responsibly, pay what you owe before or when it's due, always be secure, and if you ever have debt, figure out the best way to get rid of it as

Bioshock infinite code takes 20% off, not 70% off. Price is $31.99, which is okay but not a great deal.

I use it for work...in fact I have two iPads (iPad mini & iPad 4), and when we start on Android I'll be playing with my Nexus 7 too! So count my vote as 3.

Oh good, a founder is here. FYI I've been trying to use the app and have failing. The damn thing crashes on me constantly. Very buggy (iOS, haven't tried on Android yet), though I like the general principle.

It has to do with iTunes Radio, not with iTunes personal music. It's been a problem for the beta iOS version and the beta OS X version.

These are just some examples (and there are many others). Now you may say "I don't want any of those!" And that's fine. Not everyone does (that's why they're called advanced features). But for those that do want them—and there are many of us—iTunes just doesn't cut it.

There's no real getting around this. Everyone has different experiences, but an awful lot of people have found that iTunes is so slow that it's just frustrating to use. The app takes awhile to start up (though this has improved in the latest version), editing metadata causes it to slow to a crawl, and syncing files to

Have a great spot that would work out well for you. Will shoot you over the details.

Whitson, let's do one in LA. Tons of cool spots. Plus you're here, no?

Ha, that's funny. I do squats and calf raises. The hard part is counting and keeping a proper pace for brushing when you get to your squat limit. Since starting that a few months ago my calves have gotten way stronger.

Mail carrier + Shipping delivery carriers (UPS/Fedex). When I worked from home I was on a first name basis with all three (though Fedex has different types; ground, air, etc., so add accordingly).

Great list; I have almost all of these. Skipped Sparrow for Mailbox, and personally like Sunrise far more than Fantastical, though I also recommend Atlas (fullname: Atlas - Scheduling Reinvented for Mobile) since it actually offers a faster way to schedule even if it looks bleh by comparison. (Full disclosure, I

I've never had issues with credit cards. I got my first one at 18 (along with a debit card, with my own money, at 15), and have never overspent, paid late (phone bill is another story...), had my identity or credit card stolen, etc. The reason why is simple: I was raised to always pay for what something is worth, on

If only there were a way to automate this...without taking us out of those "zen" work moments.

The only way I've ever managed to use the iPad for school, back when I was in it, was as a laptop replacement. The iPad mini is a bit small for that, but it can do the job just as well with a proper keyboard. In the office I use my iPad (and iPad mini, for development) as my source of music (on-device, streaming to

I've done this for years with great success. It works both ways: with meeting a new person for the first time or keeping up with someone you just met. My favorite is through Twitter; this enables you to see a person's public tweets without feeling like a stalker.

Agreed. You can even transfer between devices, though that's a pain to do it right.

I have this problem on occasion with game series. Sometimes from bugs, sometimes from user error, sometimes from distance from the game (walk away from a game for 2 weeks and suddenly you don't feel that urge to play it so much). And quite often that's enough. Sometimes it isn't. I just had the same thing happen with

Do what I did after ME1 (played ME1 on 360, ME2 & ME3 on PC) and find someone else who did a savegame similar to your own. The number of decisions were minimal, so it's only a 2-3 minute conversation or maybe 15 minutes of research to find a publicly available savegame. That's what I did, and it worked very well.
