Very little maintenance compared to an ICE. But yes, there are some maintenance items that need to be addressed, even if stuff doesn’t break. Model 3 should hopefully break less over time as they don’t have the MCU1, Falcon doors, s/x door handles, 18650 cells, old drive units, etc. It will be interesting to see the

I looked into their service a few weeks back and they basically rent these things for 2-4 hour trips. I bet they are heavily abused. I know the way I drove my Tesla the first week, I can only imagine that being repeated everyday to these things lmao.

LMAFO any GM technician will tell you that the first gen Colorados are trash! They have a horrible reputation for being reliable. Your dad got lucky.

I think we will see that the Model 3/Y are leaps and bounds more reliable than the S/X.

20k on my model 3 and have only needed tires. It will be interesting to see how these things hold up over time. I’m betting some of the common problems of the S/X have been vastly improved in the 3.

Not to mention that Tesla’s don’t use a typical automotive A/C compressor. They are more like a refrigerator compressor which probably have not been used in cars much...I’m sure they have gotten more reliable with time as Tesla is learning.

They are rental cars lmao! Easy miles???

I was expecting this to be an ad for some kind of air purifier.

Nascar fan. Not a Trump supporter. I just skip the preshow (every race). This is a really stupid thing for people to get upset about. No one is forcing you to watch it.

Model 3p owner here and have never noticed a performance difference throughout my day

Anyone who pays $30k+ for a Fiat Chrysler product has lost their damn mind.

Yes, I prefer Target to Walmart / Xbox to Playstation / Iced coffee to Hot Coffee / and also Vagina to Penis. People like what they like, it’s not a big deal.

If I were in the market for a used Tesla, I would contact Tesla with the VIN and verify that it indeed has those features. The customer did not do their due diligence.

Really too early to speculate. I would think the Model Y would be a popular vehicle, although the price point is a little high for who I think the target market would be (Rav 4, Ford Escape, Honda CRV, etc. buyers). They have to bet on people willing to pay more for the vehicle up front than they would normally pay

Cool, you took my post very serious when I was just poking fun and said “the difference is no one wants an EV from anyone else”. The facts are that Tesla is dominating the US market. 4 out of 5 EV buyers in the US go with Tesla. I would joke and say that “no one wants an android phone” because I only know a handful of

lmao perhaps. I still enjoy jumping in the s2k and hitting 9k RPM’s and beating the shit out of it every now and then. In my 30's now so I prefer to drive something more comfortable every day. It’s alright to enjoy both!

I live in the US, and I see a lot more Teslas than any other EV (at least 5 just on my morning commute). I see Leafs and i3's fairly often. I rarely see any others, including the bolt. I have yet to see a single I-pace, etron, kia, or Hyundai EV.

Correct, I am a car guy and raced karts from a young age to racing cars through my early 20's. I have moved on from racing now since I don’t have the time or energy for it anymore. Balancing a career and raising a family makes expensive and time consuming hobbies a challenge.
