It’s not his 14th suspension though. I know what the article says, but it’s factually incorrect. This is “only” his 4th suspension.  I’m still fine with the ruling.

It does seem like they did away with the “no coming within 5 yards of Tom Brady” rule they were enforcing a few years ago.  You still get a roughing call for making eye contact with him though.

Romo played 14 seasons and was well past his prime. Luck only played 7 and was well within his prime. I’m not questioning his decision to retire, but it’s more remarkable for an high end player to retire after 7 seasons versus 14.
