In spite of going to the Pro Bowl his rookie year in 2014, the Colts traded him to the Eagles for an UDFA running back. The Eagles waived him a year later after a groin injury. He was picked up, then waived after one season by the stain that is the Browns before a year in they glory hole of Miami.

They need all the help they can get. 3rd quarter of their (Fitzgerald’s?) last home game was > 1/3 empty seats and lots of Rams jerseys.

I second that. I used to feel that way about Jerrah Jones too, but it seems like his son is somehow even more incompetent than he is (I did not think that possible). Now, I’d like give his remaining years to Snyder.

They have the exact same number of playoff wins (2) in the last 20 years as the most valuable franchise in the NFL (Dallas), so while I understand both your ire and your logic, I fear your conclusion about his best way to make money is incorrect.

That seems logical, which is exactly how you know it’s wrong. Many municipalities use parking and or speed enforcement as major sources of revenue. Detroit and Philadelphia are notorious for draconian parking laws.

I know you’re talking about the London game as a “morning game”, but out West we get a morning game every Sunday and no way do I get tired of them. 6:30am London games just get recorded, but having 10AM or 11AM (AZ doesn’t do the daylight saving thing) absolutely rocks.  And don’t get me started on SNF/MNF games only…

Fox IS the mainstream media. Every time a talking head on Fox says “the mainstream media”, there is a 101% chance that the next thing out of their mouth is diametrically opposed to the truth. Flag words and phrases are useful in society; they help us identify and dismiss the idiots faster.

Cowboys don’t make good TV. Irvin is terrible. JJ is insufferable. Witten is horrible. I just don’t get what people see in Romo.

Running backs aren’t usually hit in the ribs with their throwing arms completely extended away from their bodies with no ability to protect themselves. RBs are usually hit while in a much better position to protect themselves, crouched over with arms between them and their opponent.
