I mean….I don't know about "let it slide." That was pretty heinous. Yeah, the vikings have bucket loads of South American fish. That makes sense.

I heard "Ministry of War" did she say Minister?

Not really. It's not "the story behind the myth" (Like the Rock Hercules movie) if he's still the son of Zeus and there's still GODS. Just b/c he had his god powers half-drained from him, instead of just being half-a-god from the get-go, does not mean he's not a demigod.

He played a Demigod in Hercules. That has absolutely been said before.

In the books she gets raped to death by an abby.

Having Hulu Plus during the 2014 election was a nightmare. Republican ad after Republican ad after Republican ad. IT made me want to smash my TV. I have every intention of canceling my hulu plus the very FIRST political ad I see this 2016 season, and resuming it after the election season is over. I'm not paying them

This is a *small* number of students. It has nothing to do with Duke. These idiots could be attending any school and they'd be bitching about this.

Fuck you buddy. This isn't Duke's fault. It's a bunch of conservative pricks. Applaud Duke for not backing down and removing it from the list, and for including it in the first place.

Anyone else notice that in the final song Morty's voice changed to Mr. Meseeks?

Nope.

Growing season is too short*

At the end of the book Ethan is now running the town, but they don't have enough food. It turns out the planet is in a 'cool phase' a mini-ice age even and where they are they simply can't grow enough food to survive - the growing season is too long. They've got about 3 years of stored food left then they're dead. So

I get it! Because Jon Stewart is short!

It's a response. To a spoiler tagged post. If you think you can read the replies to a spoiler tagged posts without spoilers I weep for you.

There are not. THere are 3 total books in the series. There are a TON of fanfiction books made under the 'Kindle Worlds' program, but there are only 3 Wayward Pines books that are canon (or even written by the author.)

What are you talking about? The series covers all 3 books. It takes out the plot thread with Pilcher's daughter and Hassler's relationship with Ethan's wife, and they turn Pam from the psycho she is into some sort of goodguy, but that's it. THe whole story. THe only difference is the ending, as in the last 15 minutes

Yeah, he has it totally wrong. That's not how it ends. I actually read them.

2k years? Try 75,000 years. They go back into hibernation for 75,000 years and it's because they didn't have enough food. The climate had changed too much and the growing season was too short where they were. The book ends with everyone going back into hibernation, and then "75,000 years later - Ethan Burke's eyes

Nevermind his ability to survive a gutshot with no medical attention. I guess children/young adults in wayward pines are immortal. Pipe bomb blows up in a van? The two kinds in the back live, the adult in the front dies. Gut shot? No problem, let me just walk around virtually trouble free and lead a fucked up

Our Morty is not our RIck's original Morty. Evil-morty may be his original grandson.
